Executive Director, Gina Hickman

Mrs. Hickman is the Executive Director at The Center for Spirituality. After working in many treatment centers throughout Allegheny County, she was offered the Executive Director position in December 2011.

Gina began her career at CFS as a Care Manager in January 2004 and then was promoted to the Fresh Start Director in December 2008. She is very passionate about spreading the message of hope to strengthen the community.

Fresh Start Program Director, Roneice Freeman, MBA

Roneice Freeman, Program Director, joined The Center in 2012. She is a graduate of Point Park University and has worked for managed care organizations for more than 15 years, with a focus in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

Roneice’s commitment to helping others is evident throughout her lifestyle of service. Roneice has a heart for restoring broken relationships or mending relationships by empowering people to believe in themselves and do not be afraid to live with integrity, honesty, and openness. Mrs. Freeman relishes in the fact that at CFS, she has been given the opportunity to do what she loves by partnering with people to help them lead a safe and productive life.



Network Administrator/Executive Director Assistant, Corrie Wright

Corrie is the Network Administrator/Executive Director Assistant for The Center for Spirituality in 12 Step Recovery. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Networking.Corrie started as an Intern at The Center in 2007.  While Interning, Corrie proved to have a multitude of skills that was beneficial for The Center.  She became a full- time employee, after a year.  With so many skills, Corrie has continuously been promoted and has delivered on every challenging position she has held at The Center.  Currently, as Network Administrator, she is responsible for all computer system implementations, IT issues, and maintaining the operation of The Center’s state of the art computer lab.  She also works very close with the Executive Director overseeing all of the administrative, data entry, and community events.



Front Desk Clerk, Randii Snowden (Volunteer)

Randii is a devoted volunteer. She was a previous resident of Hamilton Place and former Fresh Start client. Randii joined The Center two years ago and has since successfully completed and met all of her initial identified goals which are but not limited to housing, credit repair, and applying for admission to college.  She proudly wears the title/status as “Center” alumni. She is dedicated to The Center for Spirituality in 12 Step Recovery, for having faith and supporting her process. Through her willingness and ownership to work on her own process, she now pays it forward and volunteers as the Front Desk Clerk.



Head of Maintenance, Patrick Miller

Patrick is the Head of Maintenance at The Center for Spirituality. Mr. Miller started in January, 2011, as an independent contractor. As a result of his committed work ethic, later that year he became a full time employee.

Patrick holds a diploma as an Electrician Technician but his talents far exceed his credentials. He is considered the “go to guy” for various projects. He is always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of The Center and the staff.
